I CAN is designed to help youth be proactive in environmental
stewardship, stimulating participants' creative abilities while
developing their appreciation for natural surroundings. In 1997,
Moody Cecil, Program Coordinator, was chosen for an Arbor Day
Award and named among a select group to receive a Certificate
of Merit by The National Arbor Day Foundation. He is the Arbor
Day National Poster Contest coordinator for Kentucky!
